Ingredients Spicy Mixed Mushroom Salad
Orinji Mushroom (oblique cut into thin slices) 100 grams
Golden needle mushroom (torn into strips) 100 grams
Black and white shimeji mushrooms 100 grams
Celery (chopped)
Carrot,slicedinto strips 1/2 cup
Chopped chilies, coarsely 5-10 tablets
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon sugar.
Instructions
1. Wash all mushrooms thoroughly and drain the water.
2. Add coarsely chopped paprika (as desired), lemon juice, soy sauce and sugar into a mixing bowl. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved, add shallots (if vegetarian, do not add) and chopped celery. Mix well. Prepared.
