Stir-fried Beef with Mushrooms


• Tenderloin, thinly sliced300gram
• Eringi mushrooms, cut into long pieces100gram
• Cabbage, cut into bite-sized pieces.1/4Bowl

• Garlic, finely chopped.1tablespoon
• Teriyaki Sauce1tablespoon
• Shoyu1tablespoon

• Vegetable oil1tablespoon


  1. Tossed beef tenderloin with soy sauce Brown sugar, black pepper and teriyaki sauce to combine. Marinate for about 30 minutes.
